- All products sold by Stellar Nova Crystals are eligible for return only in case of a manufacturing defect.
- The defect must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once the defect is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Please note that returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
